A former barrister and now a practising solicitor, Lloyd brings a wealth of experience from across the public and private sectors, having worked in fields ranging from construction and infrastructure to education and early years development.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Lloyd is also part-qualified in accounting, with academic training in business finance and financial planning. This unique blend of skills enables him to offer clients not just legal guidance, but commercially sound, financially informed advice — ideal for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and community-focused ventures.

Lloyd has successfully founded and managed several businesses, and is passionate about helping others build purposeful, sustainable enterprises — particularly in the childcare and education sectors.

Away from the office, Lloyd is a qualified pilot and PADI-certified scuba diver, and enjoys an active lifestyle. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he follows football, boxing, and tennis, and draws inspiration from the discipline and resilience sport teaches — values he carries into every professional challenge.
